1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products (e.g., eBooks, downloadable content, digital tools) are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed, except under the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Cases:
- The product was not delivered or could not be accessed after purchase.
- The file is corrupted or non-functional, and our support team is unable to fix the issue.
- The product description was materially misleading.
Non-Eligible Refunds:
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.
- Compatibility issues (please check system requirements before purchase).
- Claims made after 7 days of purchase.

2. Physical Products
We accept returns of eligible physical products under the conditions listed below:

Non-Returnable Items:

Refund Processing:

4. Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
Orders for physical products can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
