1. How do I receive my digital product after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a download link or access details via email instantly or within a few minutes.
2. What if I didn’t receive the download link?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at ksiyaram130@gmail.com with your order ID.
3. Are digital products refundable?
Digital products are generally non-refundable, unless the file is defective, inaccessible, or not delivered as promised.
4. Can I use digital products on multiple devices?
Yes, most digital products can be used on multiple personal devices unless otherwise specified in the product license.
5. Do your digital products have license or usage restrictions?
Yes. All digital products are for personal use only unless stated otherwise. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
6. How long will I have access to the digital file?
You will have lifetime access to the file unless otherwise mentioned in the product description.
7. Are your digital products mobile-friendly?
Yes, most digital files (PDFs, videos, etc.) are optimized for use on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
8. What if the digital file is corrupted or doesn’t open?
Please contact support immediately. We will send a new file or provide a fix within 24–48 hours.
9. Can I gift a digital product to someone else?
Yes, but please use their email address at checkout or contact us for help with gifting.

1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3–10 business days within India, depending on your location and the availability of the product.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping options may be available soon.
3. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout. We often provide free shipping on orders above a certain amount.
4. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, a tracking number and link will be emailed to you so you can monitor your package in real-time.
5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

6. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing them, or before they are shipped.
7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products.
8. Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Yes, personalized/custom-made items, perishables, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable.
9. How are refunds processed for physical products?
Once the return is approved and the product received, the refund is processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
10. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
We may offer COD in select locations. Availability will be displayed at checkout.
